Work without barriers

The Partner Project "Work Without Barriers" has emerged from the thoughts about the necessity of connecting vocational education with the job market needs and the importance of preparing the students for undertaking their first economic activity in a proper way.
Being aware of the great educational and preparatory role that school plays in assisting students on their way to the first job we are eager to answer the question ”how, in a proper way, can we prepare our students to undertake their tasks in variable economic, and social circumstances”? The aim of the project is to show our students the best ways of obtaining enough knowledge to pass all types of examinations certifying their professional qualifications on the one hand, and on the other, to demonstrate how they can use their knowledge effectively in running their own businesses.

Through our project the partner institutions have a chance to make the vocational education process better and more attractive in all partner countries. Due to the final product ("A Graduate Guide") and the cooperation and engagement of all partner institutions young people may develop necessary skills and knowledge that will help them to live(come) up to the European job market requirements.
